Day 1—-Here We Go Again
Good Afternoon
Well it’s Day 1 of the "New Plan"…I guess it really isn’t a new plan since i have tried to do it before and never stuck with it. My main problem is i can never get it in my head that hours and hours of running/cardio doesn’t make you lose fat. When really all i need to do is look in the mirror to see it’s true. I think that i need to do cardio everyday and when i don’t i feel like something is missing. I guess because it’s what i have always done. Isn’t that what they say the definition of insanity is…doing the same thing over and over and expecting a different result.
Another problem i have is i never know if i’m doing enough when i lift. Enough set/reps..am i combining the right exercises. Like today was leg day..look and see what you think

Not a bad leg workout. I like vary between going heavy & going light with higher reps, as well as changing up the exercises I do for each muscle group. The important thing is to go to failure every set. I think you’re on the right track, thinking that you can’t get where you want to go with just cardio. The weights are equally important, but the mother of all importance…….that ole diet. Clean eats. Good luck, you can do it.
