question for gaining weight

okay just got a question if anyone would spare there time. well I guess you are because you are reading this.

well i have been trying to put on weight for some quite time now. let me give you the breakdown:

i have recently lost alot of my muscle due to being a hyperthyroid a year ago and lost almost 70 lbs of muscle 220-155. then recovered like 3 months later. i now am hypothyroid which makes you fat and my daily dose is 360 mg.

okay now as for my diet i eat like 7-8x a day.

6 eggwhites and 3 brats or 10 pieces of bacon..

whatever the army is serving for chow

pbj sandwich

i cup rice with noexplode

anatorp70

2 chicken breast with spinach

same as above

well i guess you can drop the mrp for a meal
so iguess 4-5 meals a day but as you can see it’s 4-5 mrp

i lift heavy on every workout and only do cardio once a week which is no longer than 45 min

i always shoot for 300-400 protein

calories are hard to come by cause im really not into sweets and stuff like that.

okay let me sum this up: how do I bring calories into my diet? don’t worry im not scared of being a little fat i eat tons of sausage sometimes double my or triple my breakfast meal cause its so easy.

whats wrong with my diet?
