Seeing Changes
Wednesday, March 18th, 2009So I looked back in my food diary/workout journal/notebook this morning. Since 1/23 I have gained 10 pounds overall, while gaining 12 pounds of muscle. I have also dropped from 20% BF to 19%.
After losing all the weight i have in the last year, seeing the numbers on the scale creep back up is a bit scary, which I am having a little trouble dealing with. But I am seeing results in the mirror, so that is helping. My upper abs are getting some definition, my legs and back are much more defined, and I am showing some veins.
Now if all the loose skin on my lower abdomen, etc would shrink up then I would be really happy…
