Trying out one more thing…
Tuesday, March 4th, 2008I decided to incorporate high fat into my Intermittent Fasting. So now I’m doing IF w/ high fat, extreme low carbs. With at least one carb-up day a week. Not sure how long I’ll continue with this. I figure until my energy level bottoms out.
I’m still doing upper/lower 4 day training and still liking it.
