I really like the BGB method of training. I like the 5×5s mixed with higher rep ranges/ fewer sets. I feel like I’m getting the best of both worlds. I’ve always believed in changing up exercises continuously, and I can still do that.
My dream is to not have to do squats and still have the legs I want. Any comments in favor of no squats will be well received.
For my meals, it’s pretty much figuring my maintenance, dropping that by 100 on training days and 200 on off days, eating at least my goal weight in proteins, half that in fats and filling in the carbs. I do keep carbs lower than was planned, but I like what I’m doing, I feel satisfied when I haven’t screwed with overfeeds and caused cravings to attack again.
I’m seriously considering an intervention in order to break me of my addiction to the scales.
I’m not sure which would make me crazier, being obsessed with weighing, or being obsessed with trying not to. LOL

Is it that you find squats boring or you just hate doing them period. I like plie squats, step ups, and split squats for a change of pace. Do you do any of these?
