What I’m doing now…
I started my first real cut on January 15th. So far, I haven’t really lost any weight.
My work-outs are good, but I do need to push myself harder. That’s one problem I have with working out by myself in my home gym…..I’m not as motivated to push myself. I have increased cardio. I hate cardio, so this is BIG for me. Actually, I’m not hating it as much as I use to. I got a heart rate monitor and that really keeps me going at a good pace. I’m feeling good, when my hormones aren’t wreaking havoc. Unfortunately they are now, so it was probably a very bad time to start this blog. I’m usually not this grumpy.

I know exactly what you’re saying about cardio. I don’t really don’t like it, as you know, but the more I do it the more my body craves it (for lack of a better expression). THe problem is that it’s SOOO hard ot get motivated to do it when you haven’t done it in a while. So kudos!

I always start off slowly but as I see results I become more motivated. Once you see the rewards of your effort it becomes easier.
