I did it in 42 minutes (will hit 30m next week) and my legs were already sore from the night before doing Squats at the gym. It started raining on us about 1/2 up and then starting pouring at the top. You still have to hike down, so we took Barr trail down which takes about 40-60 minutes to walk down. I did that in 30 mins in the dark and heavy rain (ran it). It was really a good time and I was so please with myself because 1 year ago I wouldn’t of even got out of the car to look at it and now I’m smashing it. In that time I was thanking God for blessing me with the gift but also to protect me because the lighting, mud and slippery conditions. I didn’t want to fall and break a hip and then have wolfs eat me. Lol

I’m so glad I started reading on BB.com! Early in my lifting phase I was working a lot of non compound exercises in and was making gains but not like I wanted. Now I’m working the 4 compounds Deads, Squat, Rows and Bench. I understand now that working those will improve my over all strength in other exercises. I already noticed improvements in my strength and physical gains. My chest is popping out, I’m getting the V look from my lats and my trap are starting to raise up. I’m looking forward in seeing what results I get a month out.

On a good note, I have had women hitting on me left and right this week. Makes me feel good and that all the hard work is paying off in ways I never dreamed of. I started out to prove my Ex that I was still the man she was married too and now I don’t even care if she knows I look the way I do now.
