Compounds!
I’m so glad I started reading on BB.com! Early in my lifting phase I was working a lot of non compound exercises in and was making gains but not like I wanted. Now I’m working the 4 compounds Deads, Squat, Rows and Bench. I understand now that working those will improve my over all strength in other exercises. I already noticed improvements in my strength and physical gains. My chest is popping out, I’m getting the V look from my lats and my trap are starting to raise up. I’m looking forward in seeing what results I get a month out.
