Compounds!

I’m so glad I started reading on BB.com! Early in my lifting phase I was working a lot of non compound exercises in and was making gains but not like I wanted. Now I’m working the 4 compounds Deads, Squat, Rows and Bench.  I understand now that working those will improve my over all strength in other exercises. I already noticed improvements in my strength and physical gains. My chest is popping out, I’m getting the V look from my lats and my trap are starting to raise up.  I’m looking forward in seeing what results I get a month out.

My handicap 300 w/o

Just posting my results of my hadicap 300 w/o

Total time: 34min

25 chinup/pullup’s with assisted 140lbs (should be body weight)

50 135lb deadlifts

50 pushups

50 plyometrics box jumps on 14" (should be 24")

25 each arm 35lb 1 arm DB clean & press

100 Floor Wipers with 135lb BB

25 chinup/pullup’s with assisted 140lbs (should be body weight)

next goal is to do the box jumps on 24" and body weight pull ups..
