I can’t believe I let myself go so bad. Uploading these pics from the past made me realize how bad I was. I can see now why my ex wife left me.  I promise myself to never allow that to happen again.

On a good note, I have had women hitting on me left and right this week. Makes me feel good and that all the hard work is paying off in ways I never dreamed of. I started out to prove my Ex that I was still the man she was married too and now I don’t even care if she knows I look the way I do now.

Grrr, can’t sleep!!!  It’s Lipo 6x, gots to be.. When I cycled off it, I was fine, went back on and having sleep issues. I’ve even sup ZMA to try to help.

At least I had a great shoulder/back w/o tonight and a great 20min HIIT on a stair master.
