Need help! begging for direction….

Help me!

I have always been in decent shape.  I never really had to deal with time constraints and such.  I am now noticing that I am well out of shape.  I have no signs of definition anymore.  These are pics of me as I used to be and want to be again.  I used to work out for 3 hours a day sometimes.  Always had energy, etc.  Now…  as life happens I am finding less time available to work out, tighter scheduling for food, difficulty knowing what to eat, etc.  I am worried about heart and sugar problems from my family and I know I am starting to feel symptoms.  I am 31 and worried about my physical health, let alone the cruise I am going on in January…  so if anyone has suggestions or could help me with a diet and schedule, etc…  I am totally open to ideas at this point!

You can respond here, or to my email  utahgymrat@gmail.com

Thanks!

Jake

Well first off at least you are concerned and starting to think about it before it is a problem. Next you are 31 so you have age on your side. Lastly set a work out schedule and stick to it. Try early morning right when you get up. Keep it simple and start planning your diet for the whole week. Hope that helps. In the mean time stay Motivated!!!

Thanks. I know I need to get a schedule. I guess priorities should be altered and the rest will take care of itself.

    Thanks again.

Just because you have less time doesnt mean you use it as a excuse. It takes planning on your part, for food and workout. I think of working out as a reward for putting up with all the other bull****. : ) Side effects from it….more energy, physcal fit, the abilty to do more for longer. Take the time, sit down and plan it for YOU!!!
