Three weeks into my training
I am three weeks into my training and I was 10 lbs down (I know not the standard 2lbs a week) but I have a solid calorie deficit and then I have supplemented that with a strong workout.. so I should be doing really good.. I train at the gym (not lift weights) so my workouts have been awesome.. I mix HIIT with LISS to keep myself from getting to tired.. I know that I should not get upset cause I am still doing awesome.. but I have totally stalled at 10lbs and even gained a pound on and off the last couple days.. WORKING HARD!!
Oh yeah.. started drinking more water.. about 2 gallons a day now…
Not eating enough protein but I am trying.. counting everything I eat.. and working hard.. plus patients.. that is the secret to success.. I just need the patients part
