Week 2 (Pslin)
Another week down technically 5 great workouts (I missed a day due to mission but I will make up for it this week) None the less I feel great and I have made good progress at the gym. Switching up my workout has been working great for me. I am tired during different exercises (same exercises I was doing easy before) so I can tell that my body had got a little used to doing my normal routine. Doing the Sprint interval training has been kicking my butt this week too!! I don’t know if I have ever been that soaked with sweat after working out on the homoglide (ellyptical machine) so that is going well too!!! I am almost down to the weight that I want to be at prior to going home on vacation in June. Now I just have to get down my bf % so you can see all the work I have done.. working on it..
As far as Pslin goes, still taking it, no side effects seen to date. When I do take it I feel like my muscles are fuller and the pump is good after my workout. I am still a little worried about the prework out meal and all the carbs that I take in, but so far I haven’t seen anything really bad come out of it. I am focused like always in the gym and my workouts continue to get better and better.. We will see what this next week brings!!!!
