Week 3 (Pslin)

6 GREAT workouts this week.. even more so becuase yesterday I didn’t want to drag myself into the gym.. My work schedule is tough 12 hours.. sometimes up to 15 hours.. this last week has been 14-15 hour days back to back.. and it just takes a lot out of me mentally.. Yesterday I just wanted to crawl into bed.. when I got off of 15 hours worth of chaios…. but instead I checked my BB.com page and had a message from a friend.. it motivated me to keep pushing myself.. I ended up having a great workout on my shoulders.. I just felt good the entire time.. and when I left the gym I felt better crawling into bed!! It was awesome..

As far as the product goes… I am doing awesome in my weight loss.. I have reached the weight I want to be at.. now I just have to maintain that while I drop the body fat.. My arms have huge pumps after a Bi day.. I dont really seem to notice it anywhere else.. however, my viens are starting to pop when I workout… which for me almost never happens.. I have deep viens always have.. so it makes me feel good to see them rise to the surface :) So far.. no complaints.. no side effects that I can tell.. Go home in less then a month now.. Still a couple hard weeks ahead of me :) Looking forward to the task!!!

Weight GOAL

Friday, May 16th, 2008

The scale has returned!!!! I jumped on the bad boy and found out that I have lost almost all of my 30lbs goal and I still have a month before I go home on vacation!!! Now I am at the perfect weight that I want to be at I just have to maintain that and cut the BF% down so that I can look as sexy as I used to!!! I am so pumped!! My lifts are going great.. my workouts are intense and I am focusing on diet diet diet!!!! Thanks for all the support!!!!

Week 2 (Pslin)

Friday, May 9th, 2008

Another week down technically 5 great workouts (I missed a day due to mission but I will make up for it this week) None the less I feel great and I have made good progress at the gym. Switching up my workout has been working great for me. I am tired during different exercises (same exercises I was doing easy before) so I can tell that my body had got a little used to doing my normal routine. Doing the Sprint interval training has been kicking my butt this week too!! I don’t know if I have ever been that soaked with sweat after working out on the homoglide (ellyptical machine) so that is going well too!!! I am almost down to the weight that I want to be at prior to going home on vacation in June. Now I just have to get down my bf % so you can see all the work I have done.. working on it..

 As far as Pslin goes, still taking it, no side effects seen to date. When I do take it I feel like my muscles are fuller and the pump is good after my workout. I am still a little worried about the prework out meal and all the carbs that I take in, but so far I haven’t seen anything really bad come out of it. I am focused like always in the gym and my workouts continue to get better and better.. We will see what this next week brings!!!!

Updates

Saturday, May 3rd, 2008

So I will now update after each week to show my progress and track the effects of P-slin. I took two days off from the gym and switched my routine, again in order to shock my system in order to not allow a platue. I have also added HIIT sprint training to my cardio routine. Today was my first day and I tell you what.. It kicked my A$$!!! Cant wait to see how this plays out by June 15th.. Im excited!!!

Workout now looks like this
Day 1
Chest/Tri
25 min Interval sprint training following afternoon workout

Day 2
Back/Bi
30 min Cardio after workout in morning/ 30 min cardio workout following afternoon workout

Day 3
Shoulders/Traps
25 Min interval sprint cardio following workout

Off
2 sessions of cardio 30 min each

Restart routine at Day 1.

P-slin Day 3-5

Okay so I am in Iraq, which means I don’t always have internet to post. but day 3 went great it was a shoulders/back/traps day.. These are traditionally my worst days working out due to surgeries and injuries.. but the day still went great. I felt awesome and pushed my way through a tough workout.. I am taking off days 4 and 5 for rest and then I am going to switch up my routine and start doing a different split for the next couple weeks to see how that shocks my body.

My workout will be

Chest/Tris
Back/Bis
Shoulders/Traps/Legs (minimal legs, again surgery)

I also plan to continue my cardio work since I am attempting to "cut" as much as I can from my bodyfat. So I will be doing 30-40 minutes cardio following my workout then waking up early to do another 30-40 minutes of cardio at the beginning of my day.

So far lovin the P-slin!!!!!
