Cutting/Looking my best
Let me start by saying that i have been working out since Dec 07 after bouncing back from some serious injuries (nerve damage) and a virus that almost killed me (took my liver out) but now I am back and feeling in great shape. I have been working out for 4 months straight taking a day or two off a week. I haven’t been able to do cardio the entire time, but I started to run everyday but then hurt my back (good form is a must people) so I am back doing the HOMOGLIDE (ellyptical machine) right now for about 30 minutes after an intense workout.. My goal is to be in the best shape when I go on vacation in June (I want people to notice a big change in me) and I want to look HOT.. im just not really sure how to get to that point..? I am not wrapped up right now that I haven’t seen a lot of change in my body cause I know that I have made a lot of gaines.. My stats have continued to go up this entire time… so that doesn’t bother me.. I guess im just a little worried at this stage that I might not be doing something right.. or a better way might be out there.. who knows?
I eat very well, usually Salad for my first meal w/ Chicken (I used to eat deep fried chicken with this.. but have learned thats bad) so now grilled chicken.. then I have a shake 1/2 between my breakfast and lunch… lunch is 2 hard boiled eggs, english muffin with PB.. and mixture of fresh fruit.. not a lot but enough to make me feel healthy
then that is followed up with a pre workout protein shake.. and post protein shake.. So I think I have my diet down…? whatever.. I guess if anyone has any good tips I am always down for learning something new…
