P-Slin Day 2
Tuesday, April 29th, 2008Workout #2 went awesome!! Yesterday was a Tri day and I changed up my routine (dont want my body to get into a comfort zone) I hit the weighted dips first and crushed it.. got all the way up to 3 plates on each side of the hammer strength machine!! It felt great.. then I have an intense skull crusher exercise that I do.. I put 3x 10lbs weights on each side of the smaller EzE curl bar and I do 10 reps followed by 10 close grip bench presses, then I drop a plate from each side do 10 reps skull crushers followed by 10 close grip presses ect ect… changing up the routine worked awesome because I struggled like hell through this part of my workout which normally goes smooth… But once done and moved onto next portion.. My arms felt big.. not really sure what "pumps" are or how they feel.. but you could see my tri poppin out thats for sure!! I cant say that the P-slin gives me energy or anything like that.. again I am more then motivated enough in the gym on my own.. but it feels good knowing something might be helping me look even better when I’m done.. so far no complaints..
I am a little worried about the intake of carbs prior to my workout, I am trying to slim the pounds off and I’m not sure if this really hurts me or not.. as well I don’t eat enough carbs for Anabolic Pump, nor do I want to.. so I wonder if I can take Lipo 6 with this still…? Hmmm?
