Above is the link to the workout program I am now on.. Like the guy says its not for those who are new to lifting.. however, I am not a bodybuilder but I have adapted the workout, adjusted it for my body and it is kicking my butt!! I love the work I get from it.. I love the targeting of muscles and I for sure feel it in the morning!!!
SO far still working on cutting weight.. it’s not going bad.. it could be going better.. but have to show a little diligence and wait for it to come to me..

I am three weeks into my training and I was 10 lbs down (I know not the standard 2lbs a week) but I have a solid calorie deficit and then I have supplemented that with a strong workout.. so I should be doing really good.. I train at the gym (not lift weights) so my workouts have been awesome.. I mix HIIT with LISS to keep myself from getting to tired.. I know that I should not get upset cause I am still doing awesome.. but I have totally stalled at 10lbs and even gained a pound on and off the last couple days.. WORKING HARD!!
Oh yeah.. started drinking more water.. about 2 gallons a day now…
Not eating enough protein but I am trying.. counting everything I eat.. and working hard.. plus patients.. that is the secret to success.. I just need the patients part

I have put in the time.. the effort was there.. now it is the day that I leave the sandbox to go home on vacation and to see if I made some real change or not.. I cant even really tell.. I feel like I am in way better shape after the last six months.. but I don’t see much difference… and there is so much I still want to fix and make better… so far the supplements I have been taking are working awesome.. what do you expect from a supplement.. not much.. at least in my eyes.. have these given me a one up? I dont know.. but my progress at the gym has been awesome… my workouts killer!! I have seen gains and improvements everywhere.. except for those penis enlarging pills
Its still not 11 inches!! Damn fell for another email scaml…
Looking forward to spending time on the beach in Hawaii showing off the progress that I did make.. hopefully even getting laid a time or two.. for those of you on here that are back home.. I look forward to hitting the gym with you.. learning a thing or two and taking myself to the next level.. Oh yeah.. and lets not forget that I plan on pounding back a few with ya too!!!!!

6 GREAT workouts this week.. even more so becuase yesterday I didn’t want to drag myself into the gym.. My work schedule is tough 12 hours.. sometimes up to 15 hours.. this last week has been 14-15 hour days back to back.. and it just takes a lot out of me mentally.. Yesterday I just wanted to crawl into bed.. when I got off of 15 hours worth of chaios…. but instead I checked my BB.com page and had a message from a friend.. it motivated me to keep pushing myself.. I ended up having a great workout on my shoulders.. I just felt good the entire time.. and when I left the gym I felt better crawling into bed!! It was awesome..
As far as the product goes… I am doing awesome in my weight loss.. I have reached the weight I want to be at.. now I just have to maintain that while I drop the body fat.. My arms have huge pumps after a Bi day.. I dont really seem to notice it anywhere else.. however, my viens are starting to pop when I workout… which for me almost never happens.. I have deep viens always have.. so it makes me feel good to see them rise to the surface
So far.. no complaints.. no side effects that I can tell.. Go home in less then a month now.. Still a couple hard weeks ahead of me

The scale has returned!!!! I jumped on the bad boy and found out that I have lost almost all of my 30lbs goal and I still have a month before I go home on vacation!!! Now I am at the perfect weight that I want to be at I just have to maintain that and cut the BF% down so that I can look as sexy as I used to!!! I am so pumped!! My lifts are going great.. my workouts are intense and I am focusing on diet diet diet!!!! Thanks for all the support!!!!

Another week down technically 5 great workouts (I missed a day due to mission but I will make up for it this week) None the less I feel great and I have made good progress at the gym. Switching up my workout has been working great for me. I am tired during different exercises (same exercises I was doing easy before) so I can tell that my body had got a little used to doing my normal routine. Doing the Sprint interval training has been kicking my butt this week too!! I don’t know if I have ever been that soaked with sweat after working out on the homoglide (ellyptical machine) so that is going well too!!! I am almost down to the weight that I want to be at prior to going home on vacation in June. Now I just have to get down my bf % so you can see all the work I have done.. working on it..
As far as Pslin goes, still taking it, no side effects seen to date. When I do take it I feel like my muscles are fuller and the pump is good after my workout. I am still a little worried about the prework out meal and all the carbs that I take in, but so far I haven’t seen anything really bad come out of it. I am focused like always in the gym and my workouts continue to get better and better.. We will see what this next week brings!!!!

So I will now update after each week to show my progress and track the effects of P-slin. I took two days off from the gym and switched my routine, again in order to shock my system in order to not allow a platue. I have also added HIIT sprint training to my cardio routine. Today was my first day and I tell you what.. It kicked my A$$!!! Cant wait to see how this plays out by June 15th.. Im excited!!!
Workout now looks like this

Chest/Tri
25 min Interval sprint training following afternoon workout
Day 2
Back/Bi
30 min Cardio after workout in morning/ 30 min cardio workout following afternoon workout
Day 3
Shoulders/Traps

Okay so I am in Iraq, which means I don’t always have internet to post. but day 3 went great it was a shoulders/back/traps day.. These are traditionally my worst days working out due to surgeries and injuries.. but the day still went great. I felt awesome and pushed my way through a tough workout.. I am taking off days 4 and 5 for rest and then I am going to switch up my routine and start doing a different split for the next couple weeks to see how that shocks my body.
My workout will be
Chest/Tris
Back/Bis
Shoulders/Traps/Legs (minimal legs, again surgery)
I also plan to continue my cardio work since I am attempting to "cut" as much as I can from my bodyfat. So I will be doing 30-40 minutes cardio following my workout then waking up early to do another 30-40 minutes of cardio at the beginning of my day.
So far lovin the P-slin!!!!!

Workout #2 went awesome!! Yesterday was a Tri day and I changed up my routine (dont want my body to get into a comfort zone) I hit the weighted dips first and crushed it.. got all the way up to 3 plates on each side of the hammer strength machine!! It felt great.. then I have an intense skull crusher exercise that I do.. I put 3x 10lbs weights on each side of the smaller EzE curl bar and I do 10 reps followed by 10 close grip bench presses, then I drop a plate from each side do 10 reps skull crushers followed by 10 close grip presses ect ect… changing up the routine worked awesome because I struggled like hell through this part of my workout which normally goes smooth… But once done and moved onto next portion.. My arms felt big.. not really sure what "pumps" are or how they feel.. but you could see my tri poppin out thats for sure!! I cant say that the P-slin gives me energy or anything like that.. again I am more then motivated enough in the gym on my own.. but it feels good knowing something might be helping me look even better when I’m done.. so far no complaints..
I am a little worried about the intake of carbs prior to my workout, I am trying to slim the pounds off and I’m not sure if this really hurts me or not.. as well I don’t eat enough carbs for Anabolic Pump, nor do I want to.. so I wonder if I can take Lipo 6 with this still…? Hmmm?

Let me start off by saying that I am not a REP for any company, I found P-slin on this website from reading Mr. Aries webpage and the links and friends and millions of people that write on that dude’s page.. none the less I did the research liked the stuff in it so I decided to give it a go. I started using it for the first time yesterday 27APR08

30 min of high intensity cardio homoglide (ellyptical machine)
I kill myself at the gym and I have been really looking for some progress prior to my vacation in June. Yestreday was the first day that I ever have had veins pop in my arms (I am from Minnesota.. thick skin.. and kinda chubby.. hides veins) but not yesterday.. it was crazy for the first day!! I don’t know if the sup helps me do more or anything I am motivated in my own right and always push myself hard. but my arms looked great and felt great!!! We will see what happens..
