3/17 167lbs,one more little step.I weigh myself every morning but it strictly a self motivation act.As everyone knows,home scales are not that accurate,I could be 1lb heavier tomorow,but my short term goal is to always drop below the lower number.Lifting is going real good,I can feel my strength increasing.,but still a long way to go.

Yea,I like any souhern rock.all music really.Half the time I don’t even know who the artist is.Two of my all time favorites are_ They call me the breeze?? and Gimme tree steps,on this one,they are playing so tight it’s incredible,and just about everything by the Allman rothers.Right now,for chest,I’m just doing some bench presses. 3 sets of 10,12 reps.I just started back again at the beginning of this month,so I’m taking it slow.Thanks for the shout,talk to you later,

Stupid scale can’t make up it;s mind.167?? 169??.!! Noooo proooblem,been through it all before.Pantsare getting looser,strength is coming back,and the rock just keeps on rocking!!!

as someone who checks his weight everyday on a home scale i understand your annoyance here. But our weight naturally fluctuates throughout the day, sometimes within the same hour. Make sure you are consistently weighing yourself at the same time of the day. MOst suggest in the morning after youve had the chance to use the restroom. Gives you the best chance to get an accurate read from day to day.
