Update

So, I have been keeping my caloric intake at about 1950 (before I started my journey it was around 2560!).  At Dec 31, 2008 I weighed in at 198.2 back at what I started at in Sep of 08.  As of today I am at 191.6. I am really happy with the loss I have had.  Almost 7 lbs. and I am just getting started.  My goal for the month of January was to keep my food in check and to figure out when would be best for me to work out.  My weight loss goal was for 4 lbs. to put me at 194.2.  I beat that and now for february I want to lose another 4-6 lbs.  I am going to start walk/jog on my lunch break since there is park area by my work for at least 30 mins every other day.  Then try to up the time as I get better at it and maybe even cut the walking time.  I am going to start with 2 mins brisk walk to 2 mins jogging and then move to 1 min brisk walk to 2 mins. jogging.  I am also going to cut out a 100 calories in my day but try to add more veggies so that I still feel like I am eating the same portion size.  I hope to be uploading new pics by the end of the month.  Wish me luck!
