Well…
So I just finished moving and got a new job and all the weight I lost came right back. I haven’t been to the gym in a while so Starting Today I am going back on my routine and hope that I don’t gain any weight over the holidays. I was able to keep my portions under control for Thanksgiving day but the rest of the days, I got too lazy. I am hoping to lose 2 lbs by Dec 31!

You can do it! Remember losing weight is all about creating a SLIGHT caloric deficit at the end of each day. Keep at it
