Congrats and good luck….just my opinion but workout number one: chest and back I think is the hardest for women to do (modify modify modify) right out of the box but feel better on day 2 Plyo X which I think is the hardest for men.
PS don’t feel bad when you can’t do all 25 reps of each exercise in Ab Ripper X…eventually you will…
Thank you ladies! Jonahgirl~thanks so much for the heads up, and I’ll let you know what I think! You girls look fabulous and lean, so that’s all I need for motivation;)
I am one of those quintessential guys who ordered the program and didn’t use it. But I did pick up CrossFit and gave the discs to one of my soldiers to use. I wish you both the luck! Stay motivated!
Congrats!! You’ll love it. In the begining, if you can’t keep up with some of the exercises. Don’t sweat it. Like Tony keeps saying in the videos. Do your best and forget the rest. I was taking all sorts of breaks when I started.
