Can Milk in my protein shake keep me fat
I have always struggled to get rid of that last little bit of midsection fat. Definitely have abs and they are under there. But I can just never get rid of that last 1% or 2%. One of my friends got a book about what you should eat for your blood type. I am A+ and they told me that i should stay the hell away from dairy.
I have my protein shake with low fat milk. I wonder if this is what i making it almost impossible to extra ripped. Almost makes sense. When I lose track a bit and eat sweets and crap and forget to tak my protein shake I almost look better which has always confused me. I just assumed that there might be quite a long delay between eating crap and looking crap. But maybe it is because i wasn’t have milk.
Could this be true? Anyone know anything about this? And if it is maybe true will switching to soy milk be better?

Most competitors will cut out all dairy during their cutting phase. A lot of them will say it makes them look "soft". As far as the blood type and food goes I think that sounds interesting but doing a quick search on the internet I find several links that bash the theory citing no scientific data by the author. But I am defiantly going to check more into this myself as it sounds reasonable.
Try reducing your milk in half or out all together and see what it does for you. Best of luck!
