getting started..
December 10, 2007arite so this is my first time doing one of these..i’m training for a figure competition on may 31st (sorry i have yet to upload current photos)..i have been training for this for almost 2 months now and i really see a huge improvement..i am eating 5 meals a day every 2-3 hours consisting of one protein (grilled chicken, shake, egg whites) and one carb (brown rice, plain oatmeal..) i also start out each morning taking fish oils and a multivitamin along with my fat burner..i do cardio at least 6 times a week for an hour each time..im am on a 3 day weight lifting split and i am constantly seeking more information and ideas to maybe see even more results..i train with my trainer 4-5 times a week…please leave comments on ideas or things that you guys have done that could possibly help me out with my training…thanksss!
