Yes, that time of year is back!
I am traveling up to New Hampshire Friday morning, and I am staying for the entire weekend to ski. I can’t wait. I bought myself a new set of ski’s, boots, and poles as an xmas gift to myself.
Legs will be burning worse than doing wall squats with a swiss ball.

I am hungry all the time. I’ve tried so many different diet plans, but they don’t work. I eat approximately 8 times a day, and that isn’t counting protein shakes. I am trying to add muscle, while keeping lean. I know that isn’t easy to do, but I am trying.

Wow, I had a couple great days of skiing, and what a workout. One of the chair lifts was broken, so at the bottom of some of the trails you had to snow plow your way overabout1/4 a mile to the other lift every time down. Overall great skiing. Good temp, fresh powder, empty lines. Legs are sore as hell, and I am gonna hit some deadlifts today!! Lovin it

Yes, I am headed back to NH to do some skiing. I haven’t been in about 4 weeks, and I can’t wait. 3 days straight of nonstop downhill action!! I intend on skiing until i can’t walk. Very Excited, oh yea, and 4 days off of work and class

My patriots lost last night. Today will be a miserable day. I will hear it all day long from my co-workers, and i might just lose my cool. I’m gonna go hit the gym and do chest & tri’s. Maybe if i tear them up i won’t be quite as angry, or have the energy to be. I hate the entire Manning family.

I pulled somthing, top of my hammy or lower glute. Shit is killing me, cramped up after my 5th set of leg extensions. I was doing 250 for sets of ten though! Oh well, a little ice and heat, and a few beers watching my patriots win the superbowl, i’ll be right back to full strenght within a few days.

Been sick since friday night, puking all day yesterday etc. I feel a little better today, and one day off from the gym is enough. I’m gonna get in there and see how i feel. Just had a nice brekfast(egg whites,protein,lowfat milk). Let’s see where that can take me. It’s go time!!! GO PATRIOTS!

Another long day yesterday, another sore and tired morning today. Nontheless, i need to pump arms today, and throw calves and forearms in the mix also. I guess when life is busy, the gym is still always there for you. Time to tear it up, working until failure today….love it
