To new beginnings
As most of you all know, I recently had a baby. Since I was released in May to go back training from the doctor, I have had an ok start considering I am a new mom and I work out as much as I can. I try to spend somuch time with my son though. Its hard working all day, then only seeing him a bit at night, before he goes to sleep. So, I am trying to work all of that out. I lost an ok bit so far, but not doing what I’d like to be doing. I know, I am not training as hard as I can be. That is my own fault. I know I can be and should be pushed, but I told back. So what I have decided to do is look for a new trainer to workout with. I want someone that will be there to drive me and push me further than what I will allow myself. I know I can tell myself know, but I can not tell a trainer no.. If that makes sense. So, I have hired a new personal trainer, Jay, and we start on Monday. We are going to train 3 days a week. I am super excited. I hope he puts a good kick in the ass to keep me movitvated and working those muscles I haven’t used in a while. I will not be happy until every inch of me is sore. haha! I am still working to build up my endurance for cardio. I was once a cardio junkie, but after the baby its been hard to get where I was. But I will keep trying and I will get there, I know I will. To here is to the start of something new, and new beginnings for me.. Each day puts me one step closer to my goal, but it will never be reached unless I put all the effort it deserves, and I am ready for that now. Yay! I will update more after my first session with Jay..
