Update
Hello All,
I know its been a long time since my last post, so I thought I would fill everyone in on my current standings. As of June, my training and diet was alterted as I found out I was pregnant. I am now 32 weeks along, so in just 8 shorts weeks I will have a beautiful baby boy. Currently, I am watching my diet very strictly to make sure myself and my baby are both healthy. I have worked throughout the pregnancy with a fitness trainer who specializes in pregnancy fitness. However, per doctor orders of that is now turned down. I am now only allowed to walk, but no more than three miles a day. However, I am allowed to do pregnancy yoga, which is super fun and its great to help get the body stretched and prepare all your muscles that will be soon used during delivery. Also, I want to give a special thank you to Colin of bodybuilding.com who made me aware of the the supplements, etc that body building does have for pregnancy. He has even sent me a bottle of prenatal vitamins, and I have to say they are amazing. So thank you Colin, they have worked out great for me.
Other than that, not much to report. I am looking forward to get back to my diet and training once I am released by my doctor to do so once this pregnancy has finally finished.
I am very excited and can not wait to meet my son.
Also, thank you to all of you have have kept checking on me, emailing me and sending me your support, especially when you thought I disappeared from here until I broke the news on why I had to.. haha. Thank you all. Your support has always shown to be amazing, and even in these times it shows more and helps me to keep going.
