I just recently started my blog so I guess I haven't had much time to make many friends and contacts yet. This site is amazing just for making a person accountable. I'm sure in the near future I'll have a group of people I can go to for advice. I know a bit about exercising and eating properly, but I definitely do not know everything. The biggest problem I have is the local support here. I've been over weight pretty much my entire life. As much as friends and family would like to see me be able to reach my goals, I truly only think my sister believes I can do it. So keep it up! And good luck in all your endeavors!!
