Holy Cow!!!
Now get this. Yesterday: 175 pounds. Had an awesome shoulder workout. Solo, but really pushed myself. Sweatin my butt off and pushin’ as hard as I could with no spot and no workout partner(s). Dumbbell shoulder press. Slow and controlled. Managed 65 pounds for 6.
Then someone said I need to do cardio. yeah right. Me and cardio don’t get along. I hate the bike, can’t running on the treadmill. So just up’d the intensity yesterday. Then did some ab work to: "Crazy" by Ayiesha Woods. Doing ab pikes to the beat. Fast beat. Try that one. When the abs start hurting, tilt to one side (resting on one butt cheek) and work that side of the abs with some obliques, then repeat. Side, middle, side. Did abs for the whole song. SOLID!!!
On the way home, picked up a fresh rotissier chicken. ATE OVER HALF OF THE THING WITH SOME OATMEAL. Mooooooo. Last night, weighed myself. 171.4????
Is that possible? Yeah I know - woopie! But I had to tell someone and hopefully someone will be nice enough to give me a pat on the back (or butt - whichever) LOL
