Daily workouts.
Wednesday, October 22nd, 2008I am still working out like a dog. 5 days a week, just not writing down everything I do and posting workouts. I figured I would keep doing what I am doing and after a month when I decide to change it or up the intensity - then I will start posting my daily workouts.
Currently on a 5 day plan:
Monday: Chest and Tris with a little traps (weak)
Tuesday: Lats and lite Biceps
Wednesday: Legs
Thursday: Shoulders and Traps
Friday: Heavy Biceps and some forearms.
Abs (everyday before and after workouts.
