Week ending Aug 29 2008

Saturday, August 30th, 2008

This week was pretty good. Hit Chest hard on Monday, Biceps on Tuesday, Legs (ouch) on Wednesday. Shoulders (whimper) on Thursday and Lats on Friday.  Protein, protein protein.   My only weakness is I keep wanting, craving, can’t get enough of it : coconut. Coconut pie, pudding, candy, by itself. Last night, bought a huge slice of Coconut cake. Gone in 60 seconds. Moooooooooo

Saturday is cleaning day, cooking, washing the car, dog, haircut, and paying bills. Sunday is rest and catch up on my reading.  Monday start all over again.  Next week have to be good since it is time to take my next set of pics and measurements. (Oh no, please… not that….)

Who I am! In A nutshell…

Saturday, August 30th, 2008

Just saying Aloha…  The screenname comes from one of the best compliments I have ever had. Orignally from South Central Pennsylvania in farm country (my friends have called it “Pennsy-Tucky“) then moved to the Philadelphia burbs and then Hawaii for 4 years and now back to my roots in South-Central PA. What a Rollercoaster ride. I have been raised with integrity, and values. Which means I am in touch with reality.
I have been told that I am a real nice guy. And of course that comes with its own set of tragedies. I am very loving, self-sacrificing, giving, compasionate, fun and itelligent as well as clever and have good common sense (except where the heart is concerned).

I workout heavy at the gym, usually 5 times a week. If I am at the gym, I am there to workout, not to look pretty. No cologne, No matching outfits. I smell like sweat. Torn and stained t-shirts, ratted shorts, maybe socks, dirty sneakers, work gloves and a old towel. I am there to workout! Or train someone - not be pretty and not to cruise, not to be picked up. But if you’re kicking ass at the gym and you look good - hell yeah I am gonna say so. I am gonna say :good job, awesome, etc…
The bad things: TV on equals brain off (I’m like a cat with ADD). Been burnt, hurt and devestated. So I try to deal with the past. I have past the mid-life crisis a LONG time ago… So I am here to look good for me, and keep me put of the doctors office.

I believe in honesty and I am also aware of man’s nature. So I know Sh!t happens.  I am not perfect nor do I expect others to be but we can help each other.  I can forgive if someone confesses. Its hard to forgive when your indescretions are exposed even harder when you try to cover it up, deny or play the victim. Please…  And I grew up hear the word “no”. So I am ok to hear it being said to me. Hell, I can even say it to myself… Imagine that…

I also don’t shave my body and I will never be ripped like some drug addict, circuit boy, crack whore or “sick person”. Currently fluctuate betweeen 23 - 12% depends what family picnic, or dinner or party I just went to. I also train people as a hobby. I do not do drugs, drink very, very rarely, don’t smoke. And so I don’t like hanging around another who does drugs, on drugs or intoxicated out of control. Come on guys - self control anyone???

I don’t believe in astology, horoscopes or karma. I think if more people lived like they have to pay for their actions today - there would be less drama.

Would feel at home on a farm, in a trailer, in a tent, or in the back of a pickup truck and I can walk into a penthouse party and carry an intelligent conversation with even the most ellite edu-ma-cated (lol). A best bud that can laugh at you or kick someone’s ass for laughing at you.

And I still think someone who wears thinks that pants or shorts without underwear is HOT! Someone who can drop their wet shorts and towel in public to change clothes without girl-ish modesty and say - “oh well, if you haven’t seen it before…”.  But right now - not looking for anything - just looking at motivation to look my best and be the best that I can be.  No hookups and STILL haven’t had sex since January 2008.  No nothing is wrong with me. Just haven’t seen or met anyone that gets my attention on all levels. I have read a lot of studies on the sex vs relationship vs comittment and just found myself astounded by what goes through the mind during different encounters.  What does this mean? It means that I am not so sure of myself in the whole dating areana. SO what I am looking for is patience in dealing with me on any intense social level.

And one more thing… Negative and disease free as of Sept 18th 2007

And Another - work your damn legs! Tired of seeing people with such spinly little legs. Quads and Hamstrings. No wonder your ass goes flat when you lay face down.
