I’m back ya all. I’ve havent been working out in about two months. First I hurt my back so I took a week off, then I smashed my finger so i had to take another week off. I was ready to start working out again and then I had some personal shit going on and I went into a case of depression for awhile and didn’t feel like doing anything. I can’t say i’m completely out of it but i started working out again on Monday to get myself out of it.
I lost alot of strength during those two months, which really sucks. I probably put myself back about 5-6 months, wich is quite a bit for me. I’m kinda slow to make gains and it seems like I lose them overnight if I don’t keep up with it. I’ll get back to where I was in a couple months, though, i hope.

Don’t let it discourage you. Just learn from it. It may feel like you’re starting over again but you have more knowledge about your abilities. You’ll get there faster and farther this time.
