I’m back ya all. I’ve havent been working out in about two months. First I hurt my back so I took a week off, then I smashed my finger so i had to take another week off. I was ready to start working out again and then I had some personal shit going on and I went into a case of depression for awhile and didn’t feel like doing anything. I can’t say i’m completely out of it but i started working out again on Monday to get myself out of it.
I lost alot of strength during those two months, which really sucks. I probably put myself back about 5-6 months, wich is quite a bit for me. I’m kinda slow to make gains and it seems like I lose them overnight if I don’t keep up with it. I’ll get back to where I was in a couple months, though, i hope.

I have been wondering for quite some time what my body fat % is. I went down and bought as Accu-fit body calliper today. I don’t know how accurate it is but, I was thnking my body fat % was around 15% and it came out at 16%. Either it was a good quess or these thing don’t work very well. Either way, even if they’re not too accurate % wise I can still keep track of my fat loss so I don’t think I wasted my much money.
If anyone has used these before please give me your input on them

I just found out over the weekend that my family and the neighbors are going to be going to a water park in July. I quess I better train my ass off so I can look even half-assed decent while I’m there. It’s still about 6 1/2 months away so I should be able to. If I can wake up early enough or, at least on time, I can go jogging when it starts to warm up a little bit, that should help with me loosing some babyfat. I kinda alternate between weight gainers and protein powder cutting out those extra callories should help me loose flab, too. Wish me luck, I’m going to need it.

My back is starting to feel better. I have been going to my chiropractor for the last couple of months now and have noticed a big difference. I should be back to doing my full workout by New Years, I hope. I haven’t been able to do squats, lunges, power cleans, dead lifts, or anything to work my abs for about 2 1/2-3 months. It sucks not being able to do your full workout like you want to, I’m starting to feel lazy just working out 3x a week instead of 5.

It’s starting to get pretty cold now. We got our first snow fall of the year a couple days ago. It’s gone now, but it never snows this early here. I have my weight bench in my garage with no heat. I’m thinking of moving it inside down to the basement during the winter months. The only problem is, is that it’s a somewhat small storage basement with a low ceiling and I won’t be able to do about half of my workout because the it’s so low (that and I’m a little sissy girl when it come to spiders). I guess half a workout is better than no workout, right? I just got a tredmill from my neighbor so I will be able to work on my cardio.
