Well fouth day in i have eaten well and done cardio each day between 45 and 80 minutes and i jump on the scales today and no change even on the body fat why why why. I know its only four days but no change thats harsh. Do my scales allow for muscle or do they count it as body fat does any one know ? There is one good bit of news on tuesday when i did chest i lifted twenty pound more than last week does not sound alot but i really struggled last week so good inprovement. Well going to visit family next week but have access to a gym so thats cool. I have got one problem i have to face my mums cooking i could come back really heavy lol.

Well its lunch time and i have done my cardio i did 80 minutes on the exercise bike. Why are the seats so hard my but feels like some one has been kicking it. Still its four hundred cals burnt going to the gym tonight so cant wait for that its chest day. I love doing chest i allways feel solid for three or four days after so fav day by far. So far i did cardio then had a protein and carb shake gonna have lean mince and rice in about forty minutes fingers crossed for the rest of the day.

Got my new exercise bike today and did a steady half hour gonna try keep that up every day and watch my diet but got through today without eating crap. So thats a step in the right direction.

Right i have decided to almost start a new i have done a years bodybuilding but with small gains its going to change. I am getting prepared and planning some big changes to not just my diet but my whole look on my training. Now i have done a year i know it can be done i am gonna hit the weights hard each and every time i am gonna have a plan every time i hit the gym and i am gonna eat right. My gains could of been so much more this past year if i had eaten right and i am not planning on making that mistake twice. I know it will be hard sticking to a diet and hitting the weights hard but lately i have been overcome with the drive to be the best i can be i have never had that before and i like it.

Just finished a month of hard grind with cardio and weights and am pleased with the progress. It has been the hardest slog yet been really carefull with my meals and have been getting in five to six a day wich for me is amazing. Just put new pics up which show the progress a bit of sun helps on the body too lol.

Well guys i have been way of track the last few months been lifting but thats it. I am in need of a kick up the arse have gained some right weight tipped the two hundred pound mark and its fat i really need to get ripped. I am finding it hard as money is tight and supps are to expensive for me right now i need protein. Anyway i am back after a few months of getting fat and will keep you all posted.

I decided to take this months pics in the bedroom as the lighting is better and saves me getting wound up with the dodgy looking pics. Next month i might get my buddy to take them while i am at the gym to make them a bit more exciting. My progress is going well dropped a shit load of weight from christmas and am starting to really try hard by adding weight. You kind of get into a routine that really needs mixing up every once in awhile had to drop cardio this week as my achilles tendonitus has flared up and can hardly walk first thing in the morning but it usually settles down. If it doesnt i will go have some acupuncture it worked a treat last time it flared up.

Today was week four of my little transformation challenge and it went really well. So well that my arms and chest are dead and feel as though i cant even pick up a pen which is great but might not feel impressed in the morning lol. As long as i feel like i have made progress from last week and i will be happy as it took five days four the chest and triseps to recover well am of to watch remember the titans and hope everyone has a good evening .

I just was so fed up with my fat percentage i thought come on can these scales be right i know i have fat but surely not the percent the scales were showing. I spent hours looking at peoples pics thinking how can my fat percentage be right so i found the instructions to my scales and proceded to read and what i found has made my year. My scales have a finess level which varies the fat percentage with muscle ect and i had it set to level two from years ago and found out i am in fitness level four in changing this i have just lost 7% body fat lol. Ok scales are not the most accurate measure but they are pretty dam close and i am feeling more like i am looking lol i am a happy bunny.

It is all going really well wish the bodyfat was coming down faster but i suppose because i am trying to keep and increase muscle its gonna be tough but atleast it is going in the right direction lol. I have stuck to the strict diet really well only problem i get is trying to keep my meals the same time every day other than that i am good. Had the best chest and tricep workout since i started yesterday and am feeling the pain today but in a good way. Although it is very sore every time i move but i just think every bit of soreness is an increase in muscle size and strength and i crave it so bad nothing could put me of track at the moment. I am keeping my fingers crossed that this new set of pics i will do in the next couple of weeks are gonna be worth this pain and mental stress lol it sounds stupid but when you want something so bad you tend to feel emotional about.
