So the new workout seems to be showing a great deal of progress for me. I am going to the gym on Wednesdays, Fridays, and Sundays. I hit the basic core exercises with 2-3 supplements each day. Wednesdays some form of deadlifts with supplement exercises of one bicep, tricep, and back exercise. I also hit one ab exercise to failure. Fridays are my bench days. I do some type of bench - flat, decline, or incline. Then I have one bicep, tricep, and lat exercise as supplements. On Sunday I hit squats. I make sure that by the end of the workout I have a hard time walking out of the gym. I hit some type of squat routine either a speed workout or heavy day, and alternate between 4 different leg press exercises as a supplement for growth. I always hit a weight 3×20 and make sure I am sqeezing the hell out of my ass, quads, and hams. More to come. Hope all who read this have an amazing day and mind blowing pumps!
