So the new workout seems to be showing a great deal of progress for me.  I am going to the gym on Wednesdays, Fridays, and Sundays.  I hit the basic core exercises with 2-3 supplements each day.  Wednesdays some form of deadlifts with supplement exercises of one bicep, tricep, and back exercise.  I also hit one ab exercise to failure.  Fridays are my bench days.  I do some type of bench - flat, decline, or incline.  Then I have one bicep, tricep, and lat exercise as supplements.  On Sunday I hit squats.  I make sure that by the end of the workout I have a hard time walking out of the gym.  I hit some type of squat routine either a speed workout or heavy day, and alternate between 4 different leg press exercises as a supplement for growth.  I always hit a weight 3×20 and make sure I am sqeezing the hell out of my ass, quads, and hams.  More to come.  Hope all who read this have an amazing day and mind blowing pumps!  The time is now so get out there and GROW!!!
