back again
Tuesday, September 4th, 2007it coudl be that the injury may have been the best thing to happen tome for while, it menas ive had to evaluate my training, look at my goals and how i intend to achieve them.
the break coincided with my girlfriends boy coming to live with us and the Gym cutting my classes back.
as a result i have more time to plan MY TIME and we have to be smart about how we do it.
so workouts are now more productive, stricter and as a result i think better, ill see in a month or so i guess,
need to get a PT to help me in my quest to control my compulsive urge to train all the time and not get enough rest.
