so my GF has started working with a full on BB. hes a freind of ours and i have been listening in to his dialogue to learn some new stuff ( never stop learning) as a result ive change what im doing fairly dramtically.
i used to work a 4 day split with trying to keep to complimentary groups, so back ad bi’s sholders and tris..legs on one day, that sort of thing this week ive been trying opposing groups where possible, so for instance chest and calves. quads and bis.. does it make a difference…..um…..oh yeah.
maybe its just a change in routine but its definalty better, for now.
also my nutrition has gone mad..am eating cleaner than ever, loads of protein, either solid or liquid, also trying Vanadyl sulfate as directed by (her) coach.. went shopping last weekend my clothesa are feeling a little snug of late
