first day back
Friday, April 27th, 2007last night was the first day ive been in a weights room in a month, i lost so much weight whilst in Africa, mostly due to being sick, no i have to start the slow process of building up again. thats the bad news the good stuff ( and i do see it as good stuff) is that i can corect any defficiencies i felt i had with form and strength, i effectively have a blank canvas…..hey im looking for positives here
last night was a very easy deadlift / bench press / pull up combo with a 10 mins on the xtrainer to warm up.
if anyone has any tips for returing ofter a long lay off i’d appreciate the pointers…
