ok, so im going away for an extended vacation to zimbabwe end of ths month, limit acceess to any gym and working to other peoples schedules, family freinds all wanna see uncl john, which is nice, but not condusive to a regular workout routine.
so as i approach the day we leave and im messing with stuff, seeing how it suits me, based on the principle that im just want to be in good shape for the pool (shallow i know) and be the best i can be… right now.
so i splt legs out into two days, moved ticeps and biceps to these two legs days (one each) then hit chest, back and shoulders on seperate short intense days.
i think my hamstrings are going to explode and no i cant reach the top shelf, my tricepes hurt too much and thank god for the electronic toothbrush.
