leg day
Friday, November 17th, 2006last night was leg day, after identifying that i had a fairly significant strength imbalance beteen my rigt and left hand side i have been trying to work each leg independantly. im limited a little by the kit in my gym and i still need to work o lifts but tried the workout below, i think it still needs work…
at least i can feel something today AND i didnt have to teach last night, having hired a new instructor…result i get more nigts when i can train without having to rush, sweet.
incline leg press , front squat, bar lung, deadlifts, single ham curls, calf raise, single calf raises.
tried 20 rep quats last week and that knocked me for six, gonna have to try and work them in again, plus chip conran posted an article , written by louis simmons, about working with chains and bands

which im kee to have a go at, i think the gym manager my object so i may have to get him drunk before i ask him if we can try it, hes into functional fitness so it may work….
