BACK IN THE SWING OF THINGS

TOOK A WEEK OFF AND FINALLY BACK INTO IT. MIXINUP MY LIFTING WITH BOXING AS MY CARDIO. ALREADY FEELING BETTER AND HOPEFULLY THIS WILL HELP ME MAKE UP FOR LOST TIME AND EXCUSSES.

TO ME HE LOOKED THE SHARPEST AND THE BEST CONDITIONED NEXT TO DEXTER. RONNIE WAS OFF BUT STILL HUGE AS HELL. JAY LOOKED GOOD BUT TOME OVERALL VICTOR BROUGHT THE BEST PACKAGE LAST NIGHT STILL GOT THE FINALS TO GO.

WEEK 1 IS OVER ALL OF MY WORKOUTS WERE GREAT.  STARTING OFF WEEK 2 MON. BACK AND LEGS ARE MY PRIORITIES. AS I CUT I WILL SEE THE GAINS I NEED TO ACHIEVE IN 08. I PLAN ON COMPETING IN NOV. O8.  TO WALK ON STAGE AT 260-270 WILL BE MY ULTIMATE GOAL. SHREDDED OF COURSE. "MASS KICKS ASS!!"

LEG DAY WHAT A BITCH! ALMOST A PUKER!!!!!!!!!

LEG DAY TURNED INTO SOME FORM OF DOGG CRAPP TRAINING BY ACCIDENT. JUST WANTED TO INCREASE THE INTENSITY.  LEG EXT 6 SETS, FRONT SQUATS 3 SETS, 1 LEGGED LEG PRESSES  4 SETS, SMITH MACHINE LUNGES 3 SETS, SEATED LEG CURLS 4 SETS AND LYING LEG CURLS 3 SETS. ALL WERE DONE IN REST-PAUSE SETS WHERE I NEVER TO LONGER THAN A 15SEC BREAK EXCEPT BETWEEN EXERCISES WHERE I RESTED ABOUT 45SECS. VERY INTENSE ALMOST PUKED. BUT I HELD IT DOWN. GO HARD AND MOVE SOME WEIGHT!!!!!!

CANT LIE NO CARDIO THOUGH WE ONLY RESTED LONG ENOUGH 4 EACH OTHER TO FINISH THE SET. HAD TO GRILL OUT 4 LABOR DAY. BUT DIDNT HAVE NE DESERT OR UNWANTED CARBS.  TIL NEXT TIME GO HARD OR GET THE HELL OUT THE WAY!!!!!!!!!!

GIANT SETS AGAIN.  SIDE RAISES, WIDE GRIP UPRIGHT ROWS, SEATED DUMBELL PRESSES, BENT REAR DELT RAISES, LASTLY UNDER HAND FRONT RAISES WITH BARBELL. EVERYTHING WAS SETS OF 15-20 REPS. 4 COMPLETE CYCLES OF GIANT SETS. STARTING TO CUT FAT NOW. REALLY TRAINIG ABS HARD ABOUT 3 DAYS A WEEK. HOPEFULLY IN ABOUT 6 WEEKS I CAN B IN SHAPE FOR NEW PHOTOS. TO ALL WHO READ "GO HARD OR GET THE HELL OUT OF THE GYM"

TRAINED BACK TODAY. DID SOME NEW MOVEMENTS FOR MOSTLY 2 TO 3 SEC HOLDS LOOKIN FOR THE BEST CONTRACTION. MISSION ACCOMPLISHED.   NOW ON TO THE STAIRMASTER MY LEGS ARE ON FIRE STILL. ONLY 20 MINS AND I WAS DONE. OUT OF BREATHE. I GUESS US BIG DUDES NEED TO DO MORE CARDIO.

1/2 PINT OF BEN&JERRYS ICE CREAM

MY DIET HAS BEEN GOIN WELL BUT TODAY SOMEONE OFFERED ME MY WEAKNESS. I ACCEPTED BUT ONLY HAD HALF. USUALLY I WOULD HAVE ATE THE WHOLE THING AND NOT FELT GUILTY. NOW 1/2 HAS MADE ME FEEL LIKE CRAP. GUESS WHAT 1 HOUR OF CARDIO ON THE STAIR MASTER AT GOLDS. THAT WAS ABOUT 500 CALS OF ICE CREAM MOSTLY SUGAR GOTTA MAKE IT UP ON MONDAY.
