TOOK A WEEK OFF AND FINALLY BACK INTO IT. MIXINUP MY LIFTING WITH BOXING AS MY CARDIO. ALREADY FEELING BETTER AND HOPEFULLY THIS WILL HELP ME MAKE UP FOR LOST TIME AND EXCUSSES.

I used to kickbox and that really kicked my a** as far as cardio was concerned. Well,don’t think I didn’t get my a** kicked sometimes too! LOL
