LEG DAY WHAT A BITCH! ALMOST A PUKER!!!!!!!!!
LEG DAY TURNED INTO SOME FORM OF DOGG CRAPP TRAINING BY ACCIDENT. JUST WANTED TO INCREASE THE INTENSITY. LEG EXT 6 SETS, FRONT SQUATS 3 SETS, 1 LEGGED LEG PRESSES 4 SETS, SMITH MACHINE LUNGES 3 SETS, SEATED LEG CURLS 4 SETS AND LYING LEG CURLS 3 SETS. ALL WERE DONE IN REST-PAUSE SETS WHERE I NEVER TO LONGER THAN A 15SEC BREAK EXCEPT BETWEEN EXERCISES WHERE I RESTED ABOUT 45SECS. VERY INTENSE ALMOST PUKED. BUT I HELD IT DOWN. GO HARD AND MOVE SOME WEIGHT!!!!!!
