So….. Its been a long time since I have visited this website. Since my last visit I have not followed my diet plan and I have not stuck to my workout program. Quick update, I am now married and back in school to obtain my bachelors in Criminal Justice. I work full time and watch my daughter after school until my wife get home around 6PM, then I take a nap and back to work from 11PM to 730AM. So as you can see I am pretty busy, but thats not an excuse!!! Anyways, I recently checked my weight and saw myself in the mirror. I am really disappointed but I am getting back on bandwagon and I am going to meet my goal this time. I plan to gain at least 10 lbs of muscle. I am hoping that with the support and knowledge I gain from this website I will be happy with my results. Thanks in advance for checking up on me and good luck with your personal goals!!

There have been numerous issues that have tested my commitment to bodybuilding. I have really slacked off but its time for me to get back on the ball and hit the weights just as hard or harder than I did before.
My wedding is coming up in about 7 months, so things need to start changing. To all bodybuilding.com members… Help me! Give me pointers, recepies suggestions and push me to do more and better.
Thanks to you all in advance!!

I was kind of disappointed with my measurements and weight. My first month showed spectacular results, I gained 10 lbs in 1 month and inch or so of growth in muscles. This month I maintained my wieght but my muscles sort of shrunk. I know its not a noticeable amount but I was expecting to have grown another 10 lbs and added a couple of inches. It might of been the measuring too, I used a generic tape measure on my first month now I have a pretty accurate measuring system.
Looks like I’ll need to change up the routine a little. Maybe my calorie intake needs to be increased or maybe protein intake needs to increase, might need a MRP…….
I dont know, what do you guys think? Have I hit the plateau already, isnt way too early for that??
I at least have found alot of significant strength gains. YOUR THOUGHTS PLEASE!!
