Ok guys listen up, I know that everyone is looking for that magic pill to make you pack lbs of raw muscle….its out there but comes in a bottle, it’s injected with a needle, and it’s illegal everywhere in the united states. Here’s my solution….Epidrol! I’ve been on Epidrol off and on since i went to iraq in 2007, this PH is boasting and it backs itself up. Do the research and learn if you don’t believe me….hell take it if you don’t believe me just to prove me wrong, but at the end of a six week cycle when your downing your PCT and your 10 lbs heavier i’ll be the guy saying "I told you so". Give it a try to pack on some new muscle.
(not pitching for the company, i just know what works)

I’m stuck in the gym today and my mind starts to wander over the beats of AC/DC….should i have a training partner? Today i’m graced with the arrival of my new training partner and i’ve gotta say….my workout took way too long. Now a training partner is great, sometimes. If you’ve got a training partner that is right with you on every excercise and every weight, then it’s a thing of beauty. No switching, flipping, pulling pins, etc…just pure iron. My problem today is my partner has been off for a while, so while i’m compelled to share knowledge with him and help him through the starting weeks, i’m torn by the fact that i could’ve been out of the gym an hour ago and i’m going cold waiting and changing weights. If your like me then you slip into your own world of sweat, iron, and classic rock in the gym. Ive got my Van Halen or Led Zeppelin blaring so loud i can hardly hear the weights clank. So i’m stuck with one earbud in and trying to get in my set while explaining why we’re doing the particular movement. I think i’m stuck at 50/50 on this one until I get my partner up to speed. One day at a time………

The last couple of months in the gym have been hell. I’m forcing myself to put on weight to get my lean body mass up…but the only way to do that is eat, eat, and lift some heavy ass weights. So the eating part is easy…the heavy weights have been the killer. Between my never ending sets of squats that make me want to puke or my endless power cleans that have a similar effect, i’ve managed to get my weight up to 221 with 13% BF. The supplements keep rolling in as well. Within the last few month, me and my training partner have added at least 5 new supplements, with Muscle Milk being the cornerstone. I end up taking around 20 pills a day…which sucks to say the least, but is effective. If anyone wants to know the stack we’re on, i’d be happy to map it out for ya. I’m actually ready to switch over to cutting.

Today was an interesting one to say the least. After i finished up my patients today, I decided I had had enough of the cyst that was on my left wrist. It had been there for a few years, and wasn’t showing any signs of going down. I had a great idea, we’ll just get rid of it today. I decided that best idea was to just stab it with a needle. *This is the part where squemish people may want to stop* Well one of the guys that work for me is a medic, so we said why the hell not. We tried to drain it but nothing came out until we pulled out the needle….everything after that was pretty gross. This didn’t fix the problem all the way, just made it much smaller. That wasn’t enough for me….time to get out the scalpel. We thought hey why not just cut out the rest. Well, one thing led to another and i’m assisting someone to cut a cyst out of my own wrist. Crazy! I wasn’t supposed to work out for a few days, but i decided to go ahead and do chest today…..suprizingly I had a great chest day. The numbing agent held out just long enough for me to get through pumping out sets of 315 on the bench…which amazed me. Now it’s catching up to me, but at least i can say that i got a killer chest workout in on the same day as i had surgery.

Well i thought about taking some progress pics, and then i realized that the whole point in progress pics is to show some progress. Right now the only progress i’m showing is 25 lbs heavier than my first pics. I’ve been pushing for more weight so i could lift a little more in the gym and put on some quality muscle. That’s great for my purpose, but for progress pics…not so good. It’s too easy though, i’ll just take pictures right before I start my cutting phase. That should be an interesting string of pics. Patience is the name of the game

I found a new way to jam on cardio and never realize how much cardio i’m doing. I put movies on my ipod and watch them while i’m running and doing some eliptical, it’s the common cure for boredom. I think i was on the treadmill about 30 minutes longer than i usually am, and still had the energy to get in more cardio. I was a little sad when i realized that i cant do abs and watch the movies too, but i still managed to slam through them. Now i just have to figure out how to put a new movie on there everytime i have cardio, and i’ll be in the best shape of my life.

Correct me if i’m wrong, but there is no worse feeling than when you eat way too much and feel like your stomach is about to explode. Those abs you worked so hard for are poking out, not a pretty site. I’ve been eating a house the last few days..but for good reason. The temp over here settles around 120 degrees, so that means major weight loss just from sweating outside, gotta get those carbs to keep energy up. Unfortunately, eating that much makes me feel like that every night…it sucks. The good news is my body is holding onto the extra calories and i’m bulking perfectly. This time next month i’ll start slimming down, but not before i put on another five pounds. I got the perfect recipe for that, 4 muscle milks a day and six meals….i’m actually scaring myself.

Chest day was a sham…I visited the physical therapist and found out that there is a high probability that my wrists have torn ligaments or cartilege, and my rotator cuff has some issues. What a great way to bring up your spirits. Now chest day is a constant pain, but nothing like a little pain to build character and muscle. I started a new supplement and i’m pretty sure that it is making my body tired. I’m trying to push through the first week and see if its just my body being tired. No days off until saturday, so we’ll see how long i can manage to have good workouts.
