bis/tris/forearms

Well since the workout tracker doesnt want to work i’ll post me workout here.  Started taking Volumaize, Superpump 250, and BCAA’s.  
                                             sets     reps
Seated Dumbell curls                   3         10
Hammer curls                             3         10,8,6
Incline bench concentration curls  3          10
Reverse curls                             3          10

Reverse bench press                   3          10
Cable kickbacks                          3          10
Machine skullcrushers                  3          10
Rope pushdown                          3          10

45 lb forearm curls                      3           25
cable hammer curls (concentration)3          10
cable arm wrestle                       3           15
seated dumbell wrist curls            3           15
