The New Monster
Monday, September 15th, 2008The Scientist is back at work once again. He’s got a new formula, ready to put it to work and see if it will work. Today is Day 1 after a 3 month layoff. I have finally Left Korea(May) and arrived in Great Britian and have came accomusted to a new place and nce another another new gym. I Look at the layoff as a building block to a better body .

Goals: Earn Respect of the Gym Goers. Be the Biggest and Baddest, Train for MMA/bodybuilding. Last but not least perfect my form and my body and mind

Diet:
meal 1: half banana 1 scoop protein shake (25g)
meal 2 Brown rice/2 large eggs 1/2 cup egg weights
meal 3 half banana brown rice 6 hard boil eggs
meal 4: chicken (20g protien) and brocoli and grapefuit
meal 5: Can Tuna and Salad
Meal 6: Steak and Green Beans
Supplements: Cellmass/ N.O. Explode/ Hydroxcut/ Anator
