Working Hard!!!
well i am working hard towards my goal, just not sure when i am going to get there i have have been working out hard for 5 months now and been eating right for the same amount of time. I want to see all my abs, it is just a bitch to get rid of that lower ab fat. I have gone up on all my weight on all of my lifts, and have lost close to 20 pounds total, i am thinking that is pretty much all bf because i have gained so much strength. I know that abs are built by diet, but my diet is good. Does anyone have any pointers to get me past the wall. On a side note my wife wants me to help get into the gym, and kinda be her personal trainer, so i am excited to help here out, her first work out is tomorrow evening.
