Well, my day got off to a terrible start!! I awoke at 6:00 to freshen up, cook my meals for the day and to drink a nasty protein shake. I was barely out of the bed when my 15 month old son decided to join me. The events that followed were so traumatic I can’t even begin to talk about them again. I don’t want to relive them. I had to get ready for my 9:30 Bodypump class. Why was I 10 minutes late when I woke up at 6? My workout suffered, I wasn’t focused and when I finished my workout so many unplanned things happened that I forgot to eat. I was so hungry and when I went to reach for my cooler, it was not there!! But there was a Mcdonalds right in front of me. I know I should have gotten a fruit and walnut salad or maybe a grilled chicken sandwich and toss the bread but alas, I chose a double (yes double) cheeseburger meal. At least I got a diet coke!(sob) I feel so terrible, I could puke.
Hopefully tommorow will be a better day
