oh my god, i havent been on bodyspace in like a year!! i was actually coming here to delete my profile because i havent used it in so long. but when i saw all the other profiles i was like "hmmm….. i guess i can stay a little while longer!!"

I have never considered myself to be a weak person. But I am considering undertaking a task that makes me tremble with anxiety by just talking about it. I am going to start the Rock Hard Challenge (Muscle and Fitness) on August 1st 2008. There I said it. It is in print!! 12 weeks to totally revamp my body. Im scared but I’m ready. It’s all in the mind. What is really freaking me out is posting the before photos!! Scary!! But on August 1st I will do just that! Wish me luck!!!!!!

Well, my day got off to a terrible start!! I awoke at 6:00 to freshen up, cook my meals for the day and to drink a nasty protein shake. I was barely out of the bed when my 15 month old son decided to join me. The events that followed were so traumatic I can’t even begin to talk about them again. I don’t want to relive them. I had to get ready for my 9:30 Bodypump class. Why was I 10 minutes late when I woke up at 6? My workout suffered, I wasn’t focused and when I finished my workout so many unplanned things happened that I forgot to eat. I was so hungry and when I went to reach for my cooler, it was not there!! But there was a Mcdonalds right in front of me. I know I should have gotten a fruit and walnut salad or maybe a grilled chicken sandwich and toss the bread but alas, I chose a double (yes double) cheeseburger meal. At least I got a diet coke!(sob) I feel so terrible, I could puke.
Hopefully tommorow will be a better day
