Worked out shoulders today. But I want to find a good calf workout. Would like any suggestions.

Hi there. You’re looking good, keep it up. For calves, try seated calf raises or on the 45 degree leg press. Do 3 sets of 10 - 15, hitting all angles: toes in, straight, and out, then finish up with one set of standing calf raises to exhaustion at a lighter weight so you get them engorged. Work your anterior (front) calves by setting a plate on top of your toes and pulling them up. Good luck!
